Over 40 years ago Bill built one of the first Good Cents Homes for Alabama Power, and he continues to build quality homes using top-shelf design techniques that also conserve energy. Bill Kinnebrew’s work can be seen in the intricate details throughout homes he painstakingly crafts. Bill Kinnebrew has been a Director of the National Homebuilders Association and served in many positions on the Greater Birmingham Association of Homebuilders. Bill has also won numerous awards with titles of Builder of the Year, Ireland White Award and Vondal Gravlee Award. He has also been inducted in the Greater Birmingham Association of Homebuilders Hall of Fame. Industry titles have not escaped him either as he has earned the Master Builder and Master Remodeler designations.
